How Outloud handles the information you share through this site.
This policy explains what personal information Outloud collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. Outloud handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the baseline request form, we collect your email address and company website, and, if you choose to provide them, your main competitors, how you found us, and any notes you add. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It collects data such as the pages you view, your approximate location, referring source, and device and browser type, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to and deliver baseline requests and enquiries, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use analytics data to understand and improve how the site performs. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure site usage. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to us by email; site analytics are processed by Google. These providers may store and process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not otherwise disclose your information, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond and maintain our working relationship. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jason@outloud.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please email jason@outloud.au and we will work to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was most recently changed.
